Pork Options

Pork will be available by the whole or by the side once a year, typically in July / August.  Cuts will include the following:

~ Pork Chops or Pork Tenderloin
~ Spare Ribs or Baby Back Ribs
~ Pork Steaks
~ Pork Roasts
~ Sausage 
~ Ham Hocks

The sausage seasoning mix has been hand selected and contains no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no preservatives and no MSG, BHA, BHT or TBHQ.  Just delicious seasonings that your taste buds will love.
