How Do I Place An Order?
BEEF ORDERING INFORMATION
Our BEEF processing dates take place each year in January, April, June and October. We typically sell out at least a month or more in advance of each processing. Although a processing date might seem a long-way off, please remember that we are dealing with live animals and our availability is limited.
We offer beef by the whole, side and split-side (quarter). A $75.00 deposit per quarter of beef is required to reserve a processing date for your family. Reservations are only made once a deposit has been received. All deposits are non-refundable.
We process beef primarily for customers in Tennessee. Due to state laws, if you live outside of TN and are interested in our beef we are happy to process for you if you can come to TN to pick up your order.

PORK ORDERING INFORMATION
~ Pork processing will take place again in July and August of 2013 ~
Our PORK processing will take place only once this summer, with delivery taking place shortly after the July 4th holiday. As with beef, we do have to forecast our needs for pork so it pays to order early.
Pork is available by the side or whole. A $40.00 deposit per side of pork is required to reserve a processing date for your family.
